·          Its influential image credibly reflects, and promotes the Ideals and the continuous re-invigoration of, the Commonwealth.

·          It promotes and influences increased community charitableness and exercise of inner beauty.

·          It promotes the use of Miss Commonwealth as a community empowerment platform for the economic, social and cultural self-development of Commonwealth ladies, and for their transformation into official and productive national and international Cultural and Charity Ambassadors, who function as philanthropic role models and vehicles for the promotion of ‘Quality of Life’ improvement activities at home and abroad.

·          It encourages and facilitates the joint participation of Cultural and Charity Ambassadors of all age groups and cultural backgrounds across the Commonwealth in the promotion of the common good causes which comprise the pageant’s main aims and objectives, namely, cultural awareness, family values, good parenthood, children’s welfare, health, education, poverty eradication, sport, international volunteering, community charitableness, tourism, environmental protection, and fundraising for registered charitable organisations and humanitarian and environmental projects, etc

·          It promotes increased social and economic development and participation of women which represents an invaluable benefit to the global economy.

·          It promotes increased international volunteering through the annual awards of the International Voluntary Humanitarian and Environmental Services (IVHES) Awards to nominated community champions for the recognition and promotion of commendable voluntary endeavour. (Proud previous recipients of the awards include the honourable Dr Nelson Mandela, etc). 

·          It serves as an opportunity for the international community to hear, and be positively influenced by, Commonwealth Cultural and Charity Ambassadors’ personal accounts of their individual contributions to global humanitarian and environmental welfare.
